GOVERNOR'S PROCLAMATION CELEBRATING THE USS OREGON  Oregon sponsor, Dana Richardson, with her PCU Oregon display including the Oregon governor signed PROCLAMATION. She says "It adds so much and sits proudly with the special items given to me from PCU Oregon events." A 2nd signed PROCLAMATION will go to the boat. |
